Why Slam Club?

It doesn’t get any more ‘fresh, wild and local’ than Jackson’s slam bike; DIY handmade and homemade from local up-cycled materials, it’s the perfect metaphor for our ethos.

To slam is to lower, and Jackson slammed this machine flat, to ride gravel-rashingly close to the ground - not unlike our club sandwiches, slammed in a hot sandwich press to pack in the goodness.
